Rev. Dr. Darnell V. Ranson was licensed to preach the gospel in 1997 some two years later; he was ordained in 1999 and installed simultaneously as the Assistant Pastor of his home Church New Christian Bible Baptist. Years later Pastor Ranson was called by God to begin a new ministry and leave his comfort zone. Traveling overseas to Africa, London and across United States of America as an North America Missionary bring light to those who are in darkness Dr. Ranson stepped out in faith in 2002 to start a new work.. On December 18 ,2002, Dr. Ranson founded Bethlehem Baptist Church., and on December 18, 2002 pastor Ranson incorporated the church, which is now, recognized by the State of Maryland and Federal Government (IRS) as a bona-a fide religious 501 c 3 non-profit organizations. Pastor Ranson is a native of Baltimore Maryland truly fully committed to kingdom building in the name of Jesus Christ. and his city. He received his Doctorate Degree in theology/ philosophy in June 2003 from the Philadelphia Bible College and Seminary. Married for 21 years to Michele and have one child; a daughter named Sharnele. An addition , he has a love for his community and children so much that Pastor Ranson became a mentor to at risk youth resulting in him founding what has became known as the “Kidz Safe Haven Community Outreach"; founded in 2003 . Rev. Dr. Darnell V. Ranson; Preaches the WORD of God uncompromising and rightly dividing the true WORD of GOD. He is a no nonsenses but loving servant of God, who loves God people the saved and UN-saved. His life verse is "I can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens me " Phil. 4:13".
