VISION STATEMENT: The Kidz Safe Haven Community Outreach program envisions a Baltimore City community that fully reveals the unity and care of children that are considered at risk.  We will create an environment that will nurture children from adolescence to young adult hood.  This will be done by setting an example of what it takes to be successful in an environment that cares little for those who have been perceived as not being good enough.  Our program will start out by teaching the basics in social development to include workshops on hygiene and physical appearance.  To occupy a position of unique leadership among an environment that fosters creativity and productivity among all staff, peer groups, and the community at large. To occupy a position of unique leadership among the nation school's an in research and scholarly achievement. To be a community whose members all share responsibility for supporting its mission and receive recognition for their contributions.

MISSION STATEMENT: Safe Haven Community Outreach program primarily will focus on at RISK CHILDREN.  At "Risk Children" are defined as those children who are disenfranchised socially, economically and spiritually.  Our aim is to build a better environment within the community that we live in while providing a safe haven for those children and young adults who are considered at risk by encouraging academic excellence and creating an atmosphere that will foster academic, technological, and spiritual development for youths from adolescence to the age of majority.
